ALL ABOUT ME
I graduated from Canterbury College of Natural Medicine in 1998. I tended toward sportspeople initially - I have worked with many elite sports men and women over the years, including Crusaders, All Blacks, Cricket teams, and professional cyclists. Nowadays I enjoy working with chronic pain and holistic wellbeing. My passion now is empowering patients to understand their bodies and discover the gentle power of the healing arts.

I have attended many post-graduate courses including Bowen Therapy, Craniosacral therapy, Dry Needling, to name a few. I am extremely passionate about education of myself and others. I have tutored at CCNM for many years until they closed and then NZ College of Massage. I now work full time in my clinic.

As an established Massage and Bowen Therapist, I enjoy being able to bridge the gap between holistic and western medicine while providing a safe and nurturing atmosphere in which to heal. I am always looking to integrate new treatments and therapies into my practice and believe that continued learning is important for any good bodyworker.
